Online Video Mental Health Therapy

I’m pleased to offer virtual mental health therapy services through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can schedule services in one of two ways: Via my Headway portal for clients located in Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, South Carolina, and Minnesota who wish to use insurance (see information below) or directly via the ClearWay web site for those who are self-paying for service. Whether you choose to self-pay for services or use your health insurance, I look forward to partnering with you. Just click on the link below to visit my Headway site, where you can check your insurance coverage and schedule your first session; or use the "Book Now" buttons located on every page of my site if you will be self-paying for service. Online Life Coaching

At times, we encounter challenges or situations that don't require therapy. What might help instead is a supportive listener, a goal-oriented focus utilizing a variety of resources, and brainstorming to help you

overcome challenges and barriers. Coaching can help make a positive difference in these situations. Life coaching provides the support and guidance needed for those feeling at a crossroads, helping them to

move their life or career forward in positive and constructive ways. I am able to offer coaching to clients

located anywhere in the world! Coaching is not covered by insurance - and you can schedule and pay for sessions via the ClearWay website.

Insurance Coverage for Therapy

I'm excited to share that I now can accept a number of insurances for online therapy through my Headway

site! If you're interested in utilizing insurance, simply click the link below to my Headway site where you will

be able to see if I'm in-network with your provider and access all the information you need. I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway

manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.

The Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance

and payment details. You'll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal. Thank you!
